Soviqel Payment Policy

Soviqel accepts payments through the checkout options made available on our store.

The payment methods available for a specific transaction may depend on customer location, currency, device, checkout configuration, and the services offered by the applicable payment providers.

Payment Authorization

When an order is submitted, the selected payment provider may perform authorization, verification, security, or fraud-prevention checks.

An order may remain incomplete or be declined if required payment authorization cannot be completed.

Payment Providers

Soviqel uses ecommerce and payment service providers to facilitate transactions.

Depending on the payment method selected, transaction information may be processed by Shopify, banks, card networks, digital-wallet providers, or other payment processors.

Soviqel may receive transaction-related information needed to administer an order without necessarily receiving every payment credential handled by those providers.

Prices and Currency

The order amount presented during Soviqel checkout applies to the submitted transaction, subject to correction of an obvious error where permitted by law.

If currency conversion is involved, a bank, card issuer, payment service, or digital-wallet provider may use its own exchange rate or charge additional fees.

Such third-party charges are controlled by the applicable provider.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a transaction fails or is declined, the corresponding Soviqel order may not be accepted or completed.

Customers may need to contact their bank or payment provider if a transaction is declined for a reason Soviqel cannot determine.

Transaction Security

Soviqel and our service providers may use reasonable fraud-prevention and transaction-security measures before fulfillment.

Orders associated with suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity may be reviewed, held, or cancelled where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
