Soviqel Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases and commercial transactions completed through Soviqel.

Soviqel is operated by Chongqing Jingxiuxia Network Technology Co., Ltd.

By submitting an order through Soviqel, you agree to the terms applicable to the transaction together with other Soviqel policies displayed on the store.

Products

Soviqel aims to present product descriptions, photographs, available options, and other product information accurately.

Reasonable differences may occur due to display settings, manufacturing variations, packaging changes, photography conditions, or other normal product variations.

Orders

Submitting an order does not prevent Soviqel from performing reasonable transaction, payment, availability, security, or fulfillment checks before shipment.

Soviqel may refuse, cancel, or adjust an order where reasonably necessary due to product unavailability, an obvious listing or pricing error, suspected unauthorized activity, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or another legitimate operational reason.

If Soviqel cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices

Product prices are shown on the Soviqel store and during checkout.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and available offers may change, subject to applicable law and correction of obvious errors.

Payment

Customers must use a valid payment method and have authorization to use that payment method.

Order Processing and Shipping

Soviqel aims to process confirmed orders within 2 days.

Shipping and delivery are governed by the Soviqel Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Cancellations

A customer may request cancellation before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, the Soviqel Return Policy will normally apply.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are handled under the Soviqel Return Policy and Soviqel Refund Policy.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing information that is sufficiently accurate to process an order and provide requested services.

Fraud and Misuse

Soviqel may use reasonable measures to protect customers, the store, transactions, payment providers, and service providers against fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, and harmful activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soviqel is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Relationship With Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with the other Soviqel policies available on the store.

If mandatory law provides greater protection than these Terms, the applicable mandatory protection will prevail.
