Soviqel Refund Policy

Soviqel provides refunds for eligible orders when a refund has been approved under our store policies or is otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved Returns

Where an item is returned following Soviqel return instructions, the product may be reviewed to confirm that it satisfies the applicable return conditions.

If the return is approved, the eligible refund will normally be initiated through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refund Processing

After Soviqel initiates a refund, the time required for funds to appear may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.

Those providers control their own posting and settlement processes.

Original Payment Method

Approved Soviqel refunds are normally returned to the payment method used for the original purchase.

If that method cannot reasonably be used, Soviqel may communicate with the customer regarding an appropriate alternative.

Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of a Soviqel order before shipment.

Send cancellation requests to:

If the request is received before shipment and the order can still be stopped, Soviqel will cancel the applicable order and arrange the corresponding refund where payment has already been collected.

After an order has shipped, the Soviqel Return Policy will normally apply instead.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If Soviqel confirms that an order contains an incorrect item, is materially damaged, is incomplete, or involves another qualifying fulfillment issue, we will determine an appropriate remedy according to the circumstances.

Refund Adjustments

Where permitted by applicable law, a refund may be reduced, declined, or adjusted if a returned product does not satisfy the relevant return conditions.

Any material issue affecting the refund will be communicated to the customer.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Soviqel Refund Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
