Soviqel Return Policy

Soviqel wants customers to have a clear process when an eligible purchase needs to be returned.

Eligible Soviqel products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item should generally:

• Be requested within 30 days after delivery
• Be substantially in the condition in which it was received
• Include the principal components and accessories originally supplied with it
• Not show significant damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper handling
• Be connected to a valid Soviqel order

Soviqel may request order details, photographs, or other reasonable information to evaluate the return request.

How to Request a Return

Please provide sufficient order information and a brief explanation of the return request.

Do not send a product to a return location until Soviqel has reviewed the request and provided return instructions.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items

If you believe a Soviqel product arrived damaged, materially defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs or other supporting information may help us review the situation efficiently.

Condition of Returned Products

A product may not qualify for a full return remedy if it has been materially damaged through misuse, alteration, improper care, missing principal components, or other handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Soviqel reviews returns according to the circumstances of each order and any applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Return Instructions

Where a return is accepted, Soviqel will provide the relevant procedure and any applicable shipping instructions.

Any return-shipping responsibility or cost that applies to the specific return will be communicated before the return is completed.

Consumer Rights
